Even though we detail our services, don't limit yourself to what is written. We are always available to listen and advise you, either by phone or at our shelter. Remember that you don't have to be in a shelter to receive our help.

Your well-being
first and foremost
We offer you free, secure, confidential and 24/7 hosting. All this, according to your needs, on a short or medium term basis. It is a place where you can share your experiences with other women, focus on yourself and discover yourself again. On site, you will have access to qualified counsellors who will listen to your needs and accompany you throughout your stay.
Our accommodations
After your stay
A worker from our outpatient service can start a follow-up with you, without you needing to be accommodated or following a visit to our shelter. These individual meetings usually take place in person, but can also take place over the phone or by videoconference. In addition to the meetings, some group workshops are also available in order to continue learning and create links between women.
Second stage house
What is it?
Second Step House offers low-cost apartments for women who wish to continue their journey towards a non-violent lifestyle. These apartments are offered exclusively to the residents of Accueil pour Elle and allow the pursuit of the objectives set during the stay.

Youth Team
A youth intervention team supports abused mothers in their relationship with their children. In alliance with the mother, they offer privileged moments to the children so that they can express themselves and develop in complete safety.

Awareness
In addition, awareness on the subject of love violence is offered in the community. Different youth settings can call on us and customized awareness is available.
